Fried Rice #1
Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:
2 slices bacon
1 Egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked regular rice -- up to 2


Cooking Directions:

Cook bacon; drain and crumble, reserving drippings.

Fry egg to well-done stage in drippings.

Remove egg, and chop; reserve drippings.

Saute onion and green pepper in drippings; add bacon, egg, and rice.
Cover; warm over low heat.
